The Role:
To provide Facility Management to our clients’ sites, Reporting directly to the OCS Facilities Manager, The role has responsibility for the delivery of all Facility items such as Hard Services, Soft Services & Budget Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Subcontractors, Service providers, and specialist consultants that services the contract.
- Ensure Safe Systems of Work are issued and adhered to for all activities.
- Act as Key Stakeholder for any Capital Projects associated for buildings under their remit.
- Overall Management of FM Hard Services and Soft Services
- Responsible for driving energy management initiatives
- Ensure all accruals and sent on time and accurate for weekly meetings.
- Responsible for ensuring all self-delivery PMs are completed safely, on time and in compliance with statutory obligations
- People Management – TBC
- Negotiate, renegotiate and maintain contracts with vendors.
- Responsibility for meeting KPI’s and SLA’s defined within the contract.
- Accountability for ensuring statutory maintenance is at 100% compliance in their region.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external OCS and Client colleagues.
- Point of escalation for clients Facility Manager & Regional Managers for their sites.
- Develop, implement and manage all regional initiatives and programs for the account.
- Drive client specific initiatives such as, benchmarking and best practices.
- Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account.
Ad-hoc Duties:
- Fire Warden
- Representing Client in correspondents with Landlords
- Attending Site Audits – HSQE, Cleaning Etc.
Essential Criteria:
- Completed IOSH Managing Safely Training Course
- Legionella Awareness Training
- Lean Sigma Six Yellow Belt Training Completed
- Microsoft applications
