Self-Employed Personal Trainers & Fitness Coaches
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for experienced, self-employed Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches to join our growing gym community.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated fitness professionals who already have an established client base and are looking to grow their business within a high-quality, supportive training environment.
The Role:
Successful candidates will deliver personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes within our facility, while building and maintaining their own client base. This is a flexible, self-employed position with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions and/or group classes
- Build and retain a strong client base
- Maintain a professional and motivating training environment
- Engage with members and contribute positively to the gym community
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Continue personal and professional development
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a recognised REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) qualification
- Must be eligible to work on a self-employed basis
- Proven experience in personal training and/or coaching group classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Desirable:
- Existing client base (highly advantageous)
- Experience coaching high-performance or advanced-level classes
- Additional certifications (e.g. strength & conditioning, nutrition, specialty classes)
- Strong personal brand and/or social media presence
