An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Advisor to join a growing organisation within the energy efficiency and retrofit sector.
This is an office-based role, supporting homeowners and partner networks in navigating SEAI retrofit grant eligibility and delivering tailored home energy upgrade solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial consultation to project initiation, ensuring a high-quality and customer-focused experience.

Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering compelling consultations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.

Advise homeowners on SEAI grant eligibility, pricing, project timelines, and optimal energy upgrade solutions with a strong focus on ROI and value.

Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and present tailored recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via inbound leads, referrals, and events.

Collaborate closely with internal Analytics, Design, and Documentation teams to scope and coordinate projects effectively.

Ensure clear communication and strong attention to detail throughout the project planning and handover stages.

Work across a range of grant schemes including One Stop Shop, Community Energy Grants (CEG), Better Energy Homes (BEH), and Vacant & Derelict schemes.

Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and performance using CRM systems.

Stay up to date with industry developments, grant schemes, and best practices in energy efficiency.

3–5 years’ experience in a target-driven sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.

Proven track record in sales, ideally within energy, construction, home improvement, or a related sector.

Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) energy efficiency solutions such as solar, insulation, and heat pumps.

Knowledge of Building Energy Ratings (BER) and SEAI grant schemes is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Self-motivated, confident, and customer-centric approach.

Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.

Fluent English (written and verbal).
