WE ARE HIRING FOR FULL & PART TIME BAR TENDERS AT THE GLASSHOUSE!
Here at the award-winning Glasshouse Hotel, we are currently looking for experienced Bar Tenders to join our team. Majority of shifts are evening shifts and includes weekdays & weekends.
Full Time - Working 4-5 shifts p.w. Usually starting at 3/5pm until closed - approx 1am.
Part-Time - Same start/finish time as full time, typically 2-3 shifts p.w,
The roles involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. We require our team members to be customer focused & ensure every guest receives a great service by going that extra step.
Experience is essential within a Bar environment, min 1 year.
Duties Include:

Working behind the bar serving & preparing drinks

Greeting of customers in a welcoming manner

Taking orders promptly & efficiently

Anticipating the needs of customers & handling requests
-
Frequently checking on guests
-
Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene are maintained & that the food & beverage outlets & service areas are always clean & tidy

Maintaining a close working relationship with the floor staff
The Ideal Candidates:
-
Fully trained Bar Tender & trained Mixologist
-
Experience in a similar role is mandatory with knowledge of POS Systems
-
Ability to multitask and works well under pressure
-
Flexible in their working hours
-
Eligible to work in Ireland and fluent spoken & written English
