Part time property manager (8-10 hours per week but may be more)
We need a reliable organised part time Property Manager for our residential/commercial property in Kilkenny. You will handle all tenant issues re maintenance/coorindate routine upkeep and act as the main contact for tenants and local service providers.
Coordinate regular property checks on all properties, spot maintenance issues early and coorindate local kilkenny based contractors for repairs. Access to local tradesmen is an advantage.
Pay: From €20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 10.0 per week
