We are a busy corporate catering company delivering high-quality food to offices, meetings, and business events across Dublin and surrounding areas. We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Pantry Supervisor to oversee our pantry operations within a multi-floor corporate client site in Dublin 1.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and service of fresh food items across multiple pantry stations located on all floors of the building. You will play an important part in maintaining seamless daily replenishment and service standards across the entire site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervise daily pantry production for corporate catering and on-site service across all floors

Ensure all food meets specification, presentation standards, and client expectations

Coordinate distribution and replenishment of food to pantry stations located on every floor of the building

Manage stock control, ordering, labelling, rotation (FIFO), and waste reduction

Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety regulations

Lead and support pantry assistants

Liaise with management and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery to each floor

Conduct quality checks before and during service across all pantry locations

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and consistency across all pantry stations
Our ideal Pantry Supervisor will:

Previous experience in a pantry or supervisory catering role (corporate or contract
-
catering preferred)

Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and allergen management

Experience working in high-volume, multi-service or multi-site environments
-
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a team effectively

Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service points simultaneously

Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
