Cafe Manager
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cafe Manager to lead our busy café team. Our cafe is located in the heart of Bettystown over looking the sea.
Our café serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week and operates a high-volume coffee bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and leading a motivated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily café operations
- Lead, train and support front-of-house staff
- Oversee a busy coffee bar and service standards
- Manage staff rotas, stock control and ordering
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous café or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee, food and customer service
- Flexible and reliable
