Rate: Current ERO Security Rate + Night Allowance
About the Role
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Guard to join our team at a high-end residential apartment complex in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in similar high-standard environments and demonstrate excellent professionalism, communication, and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks throughout the premises
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Complete detailed incident and daily reports with accuracy and clarity
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
- Liaise with management and emergency services when required
- Adhere to company policies and site procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid PSA Licence (Private Security Authority – mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar security role (preferably in residential or high-end environments)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong reporting and observation skills
- Full-time working visa for Ireland
- Proof of address
- CV showing relevant experience
- Two professional references from previous employers (security-related roles only)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and on short notice if required
