We’re a well-loved early house in the heart of Dublin, proudly serving locals and visitors from early morning to late at night. With a strong community presence and a reputation for excellent service, we’re looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time bar staff member with at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced bar environment. Full spoken English comprehension is required, as well as the flexibility to work across a range of shifts—our operating hours are from 7:00am to 12:30am most days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently with attention to quality and consistency
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Restock and rotate inventory as needed
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth shift operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bar experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, and weekend work
