Job Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, professional service.
- Answering the phone in accordance with company standards.
- Keeping the workstation clean, tidy, and organised.
- Restocking the drinks fridge as required.
- Carrying out stock rotation and checking stock levels.
- Defrosting and preparing dough balls for the following day.
- Refilling all sauce bottles.
- Cleaning all counters and the front-of-house area.
- Additional duties may be assigned on site in-store as required.
We are looking for a responsible, hard-working and mature person who has the following:
- Good phone manner
- Good English language skills
- Be able to deal with both customers and colleagues in a pleasant manner
- Be able to work in a team
- Relevant experience preferred but not essential.
- Late Night As Needed(Shift Start from 9pm to 4am).
