Accounts Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Accounts Assistant" located in Cork
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Order/Approvals
-
Accounts Payable - Invoicing / Supplier Reconciliation's / Payment Runs
-
Assisting with preparation of month end accounts.

Daily /Weekly Reporting
- Accounts Receivable /aged Debtors
-
Revenue Recognition
- Bank Reconciliations
-
Cash office duties, Reconciliation of cash and credit cards
-
General Admin Duties
The ideal candidate will have/be:
-
Minimum of 1 years' experience in an account's administrator role
-
Accounts software experience is desirable
-
Knowledge of Procure Wizard (Purchase ordering system) and Hotel Front Office systems desirable but not essential

Excellent numerical skills
-
Strong data entry skills
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication skills & Time Management
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
