Experienced BaristaAbout the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while consistently producing high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and other beverages.
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
- Produce consistently excellent milk texturing and latte art.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee station.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure drinks are served promptly alongside food orders.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a barista.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and coffee preparation.
- Confident dialling in espresso and adjusting grinders to maintain consistency.
- Excellent milk steaming and texturing skills.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.
