The Odeon group is in expansion mode and is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated General Manager with an outgoing personality that will connect with the customner base , where providing Irish hospitality is central to your way of operating in the business.
The role is hands-on leading from the front, with the successful candidate expected to manage all aspects of the bar , with full support from our marketing and head office team.
Responsible for:
- Opening and closing the business in a professional and disciplined manner
- Cash handing
- Proficient bar service - knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer
- Stock management
- Menu creativity
- Staff training and recruitment
- Communicating with suppliers
- Roster Management
