We are now recruiting for an F&B Assistants for our restaurant & bar to join our team.
This is a full time position only, we will cannot accept part-time applications at this time.
Key Responsibilities of this role are:
To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage
To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant
To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills. A good level of spoken English is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience bar tending and a minimum of 1 year experience in food service.
This role is suitable to a candidate interested in pursuing a career in our Food & Beverage department.
