As Accommodation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department

To participate in Departmental training
-
To work as part of the Accommodation Team
-
Cleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an excellent standards
-
Cleaning of public areas to an excellent standard
-
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
-
Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
-
Manage all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
-
Making sure that all checklists are completed to an excellent standard
The ideal candidate for this position:
-
Previous hotel cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred

Enjoy working as part of a team
-
Always maintain a professional image through appearance
-
Must be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.

Should also have the ability to work well under pressure.
