Help Us Build The Future of Jiu Jitsu
This is not your typical job. This is a startup backed by ex LinkedIn/Gong/JPMorgan Chase executives and we're hiring ambitious go-getters to help us build the future of jiu jitsu technology at Tap In.
We immediately need 3-4 creators, growth hackers, AI/data nerds, and finance operators to help us scale Tap In — one of the fastest-growing platforms in jiu jitsu.
Tap In launched in February and already has 1,500+ users and 150 academies using the platform. In the first week of April alone, we jumped from 600 users to 1,500 (organically, with zero paid advertising)
The jiu jitsu community is pulling Tap In forward faster than we expected. We have a small, mighty team. We have early raving fans. And we have momentum.
The bottleneck right now isn’t demand. It’s execution speed.
We need smart, obsessed people who can help us:
- verify academies
- expand into new cities
- create content
- build systems with AI tools
- help scale Tap In before the rest of the industry catches up
What you'll do:
- Find and verify BJJ academies around the world
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to gather and structure data
- Identify cities we should expand into
- Help grow the Tap In brand and community
- Help us build the most complete map of jiu jitsu on earth

Who you are:
- A jiu jitsu or mma nut (blue belt or mixed martial arts experience preferred)
- Curious about data, systems, and growth
- Some presence and familiarity with social media (Instagram, Reddit, TikTok)
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Scrappy enough to give 5–20 hours/week
- Bonus if you’re active in an active BJJ community online
Everyone company says this...but this is a rare chance to get in early on something growing very fast that will shape the future of the sport. Our ambitions are global and we won't take a rest round until we've become the de facto source of truth for all things jiu jitsu.
