We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Bar Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional bar and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the bar team during service.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Support staff training, coaching, and development.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste.
- Ensure all bar areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Assist with cash handling, closing procedures, and daily operational administration.
- Maintain high standards of drinks preparation, presentation, and service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous supervisory or senior-level experience within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent knowledge of bar service, beverages, and hospitality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, professional, and team-focused approach.
- A strong understanding of responsible alcohol service, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
