About The Behaviour Clinic
The Behaviour Clinic, led by Behavioural Psychologist Deirdre Kearney, provides behaviour assessment, intervention and support for children, families and services. Our work focuses on practical, evidence-based approaches that help create supportive environments around children and young people.
We work closely with families, CDNT teams and professionals to deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) through clinics, workshops and consultation.
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the practice.
Role Overview
The Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Behaviour Clinic. This role involves managing communications, coordinating appointments, supporting clinics and workshops, and maintaining administrative systems.
This position suits someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a small and dynamic service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Coordination
- Manage email communications and general administrative correspondence
- Coordinate clinic appointments, workshops and meetings
- Maintain administrative systems, trackers and documentation
- Support organisation of day-to-day administrative workflows
Client Communication
- Act as a point of contact for families and service queries
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Liaise with CDNT administrative teams where required
Records and Information Management
- Maintain accurate administrative records and databases
- Organise documentation in line with data protection requirements
- Forward clinic documentation to relevant teams following clinics
Operational Support
- Support the preparation of documents and reports
- Assist with workshop and clinic administration
- Maintain general office organisation and systems
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong IT skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment
Desirable Experience
- Previous administrative or coordination experience
- Experience in healthcare, disability or psychology services
- Experience managing schedules or service workflows
Working Arrangements
- Wexford-based role with hybrid working
- Combination of office and remote work
- Occasional travel may be required
Additional Requirements
- Full clean driving licence
- Access to own car
