We are looking for an experienced Senior Bar Staff member to join the team at Bo Allen's, Moate, working full-time Monday–Friday daytime hours.
This is a key role in a busy community pub. We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, is comfortable working independently and enjoys getting to know regular customers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working behind a busy bar.
- Be exceptionally clean, organised and meticulous.
- Be confident managing stock, placing orders and keeping the bar running smoothly.
- Be reliable and capable of working independently.
- Enjoy talking to customers and building genuine relationships with local regulars.
- Have a warm, friendly personality and make people feel welcome.
- Take pride in presenting the pub to a high standard every day.
This role is much more than pulling pints. We want someone who will get to know our regulars, remember names, have conversations and help make Bo Allen's the pub people choose to return to.
Position: Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime
Pay: €16.50 per hour
