Everybody just wants a bit of space to do their thing without judgment or worry and these days at least, we have all got a bit better at putting ourselves in the next person’s shoes. The responsibility that comes with running a venue like Electric is considering everyone’s vibe and doing our best. Getting paid to be sound? It’s not a bad offer.
Cultural spaces like ours are full of stories and perspectives that deserve attention, presence, and respectful handling. We are looking for colleagues who can contribute to that by being in touch with all the guests, artists and colleagues visiting our club at Electric.
As a Bartender you are an essential part of our organisation, with open eyes, open ears, and an open mind. You are a key part of facilitating the club nights: in constant contact with our guests, serving drinks and offering assistance where needed.

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and processing drink orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.
- Monitor the bar area to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following established procedures for cash handling and reconciliation.
- Work collaboratively with other bar staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a bar or nightclub environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
