We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee commercial Solar PV installations from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, and maintain high installation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial Solar PV installation projects
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, electricians, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are completed in line with project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality control standards
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Liaise with clients, consultants, ESB Networks, and internal management teams
- Organise project scheduling, materials, deliveries, and labour requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates
- Assist with commissioning and project handover processes
Requirements
- Previous experience managing or supervising commercial Solar PV projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and renewable energy installations
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Full clean driving licence
Pay: €55,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
