As a Meetings Banqueting Supervisor, you will report to the Meetings Events manager and assist with maintaining all standards and procedures throughout the delivery of the event.

Your Job
- Assist in the running of meetings events.
- Ensure standards are maintained as well as all policies and procedures relating to FB within Meetings and Events
- Be forward-thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practices.
- Proactively come up with suggestions to ensure all events are a success.
- Continuously improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, delivering training, guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
