The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
* Manage and maintain your assigned section during service.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
* Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control.
* Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
* Work effectively as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.
* Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* HACCP and food safety knowledge essential.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
