We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff performance. Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff in Twist Bar & Bistro
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health code compliance
- Help manage scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
