The Restaurant
We are an award-winning independent brewery operating in Goldenbridge Estate, Inchicore, since November 2018. Here you'll find our 30HL brewery, pizza restaurant, and bar. We are open seven days a week and we pride ourselves on being a major Dublin attraction for fans of pizza and beer.

The Role
- Preparation of dough and dough balls
- Ingredients and general food preparation
- Pizza preparation and cooking in full service
- Strictly adhering to all HACCP requirements
- Contribute to menu ideas
- Work closely with the Sous Chef & Head Chef in executing all of the above duties

- Passionate about preparing high quality food and meeting high standards in a fast paced environment
- Calm under pressure and enjoys working as part of a team
- Positive friendly outlook and relishes a public-facing work environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
