SAP Landscapes is one of Ireland’s leading landscaping companies, with over 50 years of experience delivering high-quality commercial landscaping projects across the country. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to lead crews on commercial landscaping projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading people and taking pride in delivering top-quality work.

Position: Experienced Team Leader
Reporting to: Landscapes Contracts Manager
This role will involve the use of machinery and equipment and will include physical exertion (manual handling etc.) on a daily basis. This job description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with your role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the management of the company directs.
Duties Include:
- Lead and organise landscaping crews on site.
- Read and work from landscape plans and drawings.
- Set out and oversee hard and soft landscaping works.
- Ensure trees, shrubs, lawns, and planting are installed correctly according to plans.
- Manage site safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Complete basic site paperwork and reports.
- Work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Experienced Team Leader working in landscaping construction with 5 plus years within the role .
- Good horticultural knowledge and plant identification skills.
- Ability to plant and landscape accurately from plans and drawings.
- Experience delivering landscaping projects from bare ground to finished handover.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Safe Pass.
- Full driving licence.
- Horticultural Qualification ,B+E licence, tractor, or machinery experience an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Adhering to Company policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.
- Adhering to clients site rules & regulations in general and in particular in relation to Health & Safety.
- Organise and plan each day with team members in relation to resources.
- Assist and develop members of the team.
- Using innovative skills to ensure a creative way of working.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and customers on site.
- Ensure work is of a high standard that is expected in SAP Landscapes.

- Rate of Pay: Range €20 – €25 p/hr (DOE)
