Job description
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our busy Pantry team in our Pantry in Bridgewater Shopping Centre Arklow. This full time position will include Managing and Delegating food & beverage tasks in all areas in our Restaurant. Successful candidates will need a hands on approach and will need to have experience in all areas of running a busy restaurant and takeaway, including HACCP compliance, food preparation and presentation, health and safety, H.R, barista training, front of house, stock control and waste management.
Requirements;
Experience in similar role of supervising or management within food & beverage industry is a must.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
proven ability to take responsibility with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative.
Customer focused with a proactive hard working approach.
Pay: €15.00-€15.25 per hour
