English Talks is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales & Marketing Advisor to support our growing Brazilian market. If Portuguese is your first language, you enjoy communicating with people and you are confident using social media and WhatsApp, we'd love to hear from you.
You will help prospective students discover our English language programmes in Ireland while building long-term relationships with clients and education partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise prospective Brazilian students about our English language programmes.
- Communicate with leads through WhatsApp, email, Instagram and phone calls.
- Convert enquiries into student enrolments.
- Follow up with potential students throughout the sales journey.
- Build relationships with education agents and business partners.
- Create engaging Portuguese content for social media.
- Record short promotional videos and student testimonials.
- Attend education fairs and networking events when required.
- Keep accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker.
- Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B1-B2).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing or education is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using social media platforms and WhatsApp Business.
- Confident presenting on camera and recording engaging videos for social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems are an advantage).
- A positive attitude and passion for helping students.
