Job Description
Surveyor – Capital Markets
We are seeking a capable, driven Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property to join our growing Capital Markets team in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, logistics, residential investment, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-profile transactions and play a key role across the full deal lifecycle.
The Role
Working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, you will support the execution of acquisitions and disposals while contributing to the origination & execution of new opportunities. You will be involved in all aspects of the transaction process, from financial analysis through to deal completion.
This role reports directly to the Head of Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed investment analysis and underwriting of opportunities

Build and maintain financial models (Argus, DCF’s etc)

Support and participate in deal negotiations

Manage and execute transactions from instruction to completion

Assist in the coordination of sales processes, including data room management and stakeholder engagement

Liaise with clients and external advisors, including architects, building surveyors, solicitors, and valuers

Support both buy-side and sell-side transactions
Skills & Experience
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial property, preferably within capital markets, investment, agency, valuations, or asset management

Solid financial modelling, IT and analytical skills, incl. advanced Excel
-
Strong IT and analytical skills

Experience in Argus Enterprise/Developer and DCF’s

Excellent attention to detail and strong commercial awareness

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
Requirements for applicants:

Ideally hold a SCSI accredited property degree such as Property Economics, or an alternative 3rd level qualification - economics, finance, commerce or construction related

Full Driver’s License
Full eligibility to work in Ireland is required for this role.
