The role of a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is an excellent opportunity to actively drive sales growth, create demand and expand distribution across independent retail, wholesale, trade and key customer accounts within your assigned territory.
As a TSM at Sherwin-Williams, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, open customer conversations that drive growth, and take full ownership of delivering territory performance - even when conditions are uncertain or outcomes are not immediate.
This is a field-based, commercially focused role covering Cork and Kerry. Candidates must live within the territory.
This position is ideal for a sales professional with field-based or B2B experience who is energized by building relationships, influencing decisions and creating opportunities through proactive engagement.

How You Will Succeed
What We Are Looking For

Experience in field-based sales, B2B sales or account management

Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts

Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills

A proactive, self-starting approach with high levels of ownership and accountability

Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities

Evidence of persistence, resilience and consistent follow-through

Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage a territory effectively

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and working with sales data

Industry knowledge (DIY, trade or coatings) advantageous but not essential

Full, valid driver’s licence

The established salary range for this position is EUR 45,000 - 48,000 gross annual

In accordance with EU pay transparency requirements, we provide a salary range based on our preferred country of hire. Compensation varies depending on location. The salary range applicable to the location of candidate will be shared early in the recruitment process.
