We are currently recruiting for dedicated Social Care Workers (Both full time & Relief) on behalf of our client based in New Ross, Wexford.

Salary: €40-€44k (DOE)
Key Responsibilities & Role Overview
Collaborative Care: Partner with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders within a dynamic new team to deliver exceptional, high-quality care.
Safe Environment: Maintain a secure, nurturing, and stable residential setting that promotes the well-being and development of vulnerable young people.
Daily Engagement: Drive the delivery of tailored, engaging day-to-day activities designed to support individual care plans and personal growth.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:
· BA in Social Care (L7/L8)
· BA in Applied Social Care Studies in Social Care (L7/8)
· BA in Social Care Work (L7/8)
· BA in Social Care Practise (L7/L8)
· BSc of Science in Health & Social Care L8 (Atlantic Technological University)OR
· If you are eligible to register with CORU as a social care worker.
Key Attributes & Competencies:
· Core Traits: High emotional maturity, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
· Work Style: Exceptional flexibility, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
· Compliance: A valid, full clean Irish/EU driving licence (driving test waiting list considered).
