Full time In Store Team Member

We are currently hiring a Store Team Member to support our late-night and weekend operations. This role is ideal for someone with kitchen experience who can lead a shift With Store Manager/Supervisor , keep standards high, and manage pressure during busy periods.
Pizzamax Cork City are looking for Full time and part time Instore Team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizzas and side items to Pizzamax high standards
- Serve customers face-to-face and by phone, taking orders and payments
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support with cleaning, restocking and general store duties
- Contribute to local marketing activities (e.g. leaflet drops, events)
- Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends
About You:
- Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for great customer service - No previous experience required - full training and induction provided.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Right to work relevant to store location.
Role Requirements:
This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges) and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
Responsibilities
- Running and supervising late-night kitchen shifts.
- Take Orders and Managing kitchen workflow, speed, and food quality.
- Supporting and directing staff during service
- Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Completing basic end-of-shift checks and closing duties.
