What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire
- Manage and support your team, taking ownership of their full experience from onboarding to development.
- Mentor, motivate, and celebrate success while driving performance.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve shared goals.
- Act on customer and colleague feedback to create a brilliant place to work and shop.
Deliver with Excellence
- Ensure the store operates safely, legally, and efficiently.
- Coach Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead the delivery of launches, events, and campaigns, getting it right first time.
- Keep processes and standards on track, driving consistency across the team.
Drive High Performance
- Raise the bar through coaching and hands-on leadership.
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every time.
- Drive sales and commercial results by focusing on key inputs.
- Confidently use digital tools and systems
People Focus
- Support your team across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment to development.
- Manage probation, holidays, scheduling, and performance check-ins.
- Identify and nurture future talent to build strong succession.
- Ensure compliance and duty of care standards are met at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in retail
- Strong people leadership skills, you know how to bring a team with you.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales through people.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence using digital tools.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example.
