As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team and support the expansion of our B2B project sales within the construction and building industry.
Role Overview
The Sales will primarily focus on B2B project sales within the construction and building sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, handling project enquiries, and supporting the full sales process from quotation and tender submission through to order confirmation and project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the construction industry or a related field, with a good understanding of BOQs, tendering processes, construction specifications, architectural drawings, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, and existing clients
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and trade sectors
· Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to prepare accurate quotations
· Manage inbound project enquiries and follow up on quotations to secure orders
· Support the tender submission process and coordinate project-related documentation
· Work closely with internal departments including procurement, production, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required
· Monitor project progress and provide ongoing sales and after-sales support
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and project updates within CRM or internal systems
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction, building materials, project sales, tendering, estimating, or a related industry
· Experience reviewing and pricing BOQs, tender documents, and construction specifications
· Ability to interpret architectural drawings, door schedules, and BOQ documents
· Previous B2B sales experience within the construction or building materials sector is highly desirable
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Ability to manage multiple project-based sales opportunities simultaneously
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Full clean driving licence required
· Fluent English required
