The Technical Support & Systems Specialist is responsible for the ongoing performance, monitoring, optimisation, and support of installed solar PV and energy storage systems. This role combines technical troubleshooting, system integration, customer support, and continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation.

Key Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, and electrical systems Experience with system monitoring platforms mainly Alpha ESS, Sofar, Renac.
Problem-solving and fault-finding ability Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organised, proactive, and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Familiarity with APIs, smart home systems, and energy tariffs.
The main objective of this role is to ensure that all our installed systems operate efficiently, customers have access to full customer/technical support and continuous improvements are implemented to enhance all systems’ performance, our level of customer and installer satisfaction.
