The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Project Manager at Dunne Brothers Ltd , you’ll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality infrastructure and be involved in delivering building refurbishment projects, working closely with the Director / Owner and on-site teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team in the delivery numerous small projects at any one time.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and local authorities to resolve technical issues and drive programme delivery.
- Support tendering and pre-construction activities with technical input, methodologies, and buildability advice.
- Coordinating with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Managing site resources including plant, materials, and labour
- Attending and contributing to regular site meetings
- Enforcing health and safety standards and traffic management on site
- Implement and monitor quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001.
- Preparing progress reports and updates for the Project Manager
- Supporting a collaborative and productive site environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar project management role working on Civil Engineering Projects
- Experience in working on Public Works contracts and live traffic environments an advantage.
- A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction-related discipline
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and general IT tools
- Strong skills in subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable working alongside clients and the public
- Experience with setting out
- Full Driving Licence
