We are now expanding our Permanent Recruitment Division and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us in a 300° recruitment role.
This is a 300° recruitment role focused on delivery excellence, account management, and account development — not cold-call business development.
You will work closely with established client relationships, supporting hiring needs while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through strong delivery and trusted advisory support.
This is a highly relationship-driven role suited to someone who enjoys owning delivery, building trust, and becoming a go-to partner for clients.
You will support a mix of leadership and specialist hiring, typically:
- 70% Technology Leadership roles
(IT Directors, Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure Leaders, Enterprise Architects, CTO-level hires)
- 30% Cross-Functional Leadership & Specialist roles
(Commercial, Product, Operations, and key Individual Contributor positions)
These are typically high-impact, business-critical roles requiring thoughtful sourcing and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Managing a 300° recruitment desk focused on delivery and account growth
- Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Gathering detailed requirements and shaping hiring strategies
- Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates through headhunting and market mapping
- Shortlisting and managing candidate pipelines
- Managing recruitment processes from brief through to placement
- Supporting account development, identifying opportunities to grow within existing clients
- Delivering a professional, high-quality recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
This role does not require heavy cold-call new business development.
The focus is on expanding existing relationships through delivery excellence.
This role can be fully remote within Ireland, with flexibility to attend:
- Client meetings in Dublin (where most of our client base is located)
- Internal team sessions when required
Realistically, this means 1–2 days in Dublin approximately every second week.
Flexibility and willingness to meet clients face-to-face is important.
- Proven experience in recruitment delivery, search, or account-led recruitment
- Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Skilled in proactive sourcing and headhunting
- High energy, ownership mindset, and strong delivery focus
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first environment
