Reel & Bean is a new, premium coffee bar focused on great coffee, warm service, and a consistently high‑quality customer experience. We’re now hiring a Store Manager to lead our flagship Athlone location.
The Role
You will run day‑to‑day operations, lead a small team, and ensure the store delivers excellent service, strong standards, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support the team
- Manage daily operations, stock, cash handling, and store standards
- Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and performance
- Maintain HACCP and food‑safety compliance
- Support sales, cost control, and weekly reporting
- Uphold the Reel & Bean brand and customer experience
Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

About You
- 2+ years’ experience in café or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable running a store independently
- Passionate about great coffee and great service
