Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, experienced barbers who are passionate about their craft and committed to delivering five-star grooming experiences.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years barbering experience
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Strong skills in fades, beard work, classic cuts, and modern barbering techniques
- Confidence working with long hair and curly hair
- Experience with hot towel shaves
- Hair colouring / tinting experience is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
- Excellent consultation and customer service skills
- Ability to work confidently in a busy appointment-driven environment
- Positive team mentality and professional attitude
- Availability to work Saturdays
