Biopharma Coordinator
We require a Biopharma Coordinator to support one or more client accounts within a business division and work under direction to provide administrative, organizational, and project management support to the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Gain and apply an understanding client standard operating procedures and policies, to support efficient, high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Use proprietary platforms and/or other client-specific tools with proficiency, as required on assigned account(s), and act as account team experts on these. Tasks may include data entry and audit, preparation, and upload of materials, and/or reporting.
- Act as point person on assigned areas of responsibility for internal team members and external, responding proactively to queries and requests as appropriate.
- Undertake information/document management to meet account team and client needs.
- Retrieve and evaluate information relevant to client service delivery, via online or other sources.
- Provide support, as requested, to the Account Management and the wider account team(s).
Skills and experience required.
- Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Preferably prior experience in a medical communication, or similar, agency environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Well-developed project planning and project management skills.
- Highly organized and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team of colleagues.
- Able to develop good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
