About the Role:
Ryan Construction Company is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Account Executive. In this role, you will manage client relationships, secure new commercial building contracts, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the primary link between our construction management team and our corporate clients, developers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, property developers, and main contractors.
Business Development: Identify and secure new commercial construction projects, tenders, and framework agreements.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on project terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Project Liaison: Collaborate with our quantity surveyors and project managers to ensure client requirements match the building timeline.
Market Analysis: Monitor construction industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming regional development planning.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
A certificate or Diploma in Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, account management, or commercial business development.
Prior experience working within the construction, engineering, or real estate sector is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in using CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office pipeline tracking.
Pay: €36,605.00 per year
