Property Manager
Carlton are seeking a highly motivated, self – driven, professional property manager to join our team here at 55 South Mall.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are central to this role with an ability to develop strong relationships. Attention to detail and a strong focus on processes and systems is essential.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the smooth day to day running of the property management division, ensuring all matters are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.
· Advise landlords of any maintenance issues, arrange repairs and follow up accordingly.
· Provide advice in relation to the RTB including new lettings, rents, rent reviews etc.
· Organise work for our in-house maintenance division.
· Organise external contractors & follow up.
· Handle telephone / email queries relating to managed properties.
· Residential Lettings.
· Conduct property inspections & vacation inspections.
· New business development.
· Review council inspections, liaise with landlords and organise works.
· Update and maintain property information on our systems, including tracking spreadsheets.
· Prepare & issue PSA agreements.
· Ensure properties meet all safety requirements in line with current regulations.
· Any other duties which may arise
Requirements:
· Qualification: PSRA C & D licence.
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of Landlord/Tenant relationships and regulations.
· Knowledge of property software is an advantage.
· Minimum three years experience working in property management.
· Strong knowledge of property legislation.
· Strong Communication and IT Skills.
· Self-motivated and driven with a dedicated approach to developing the business.
· Strong team player.
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
