We are hiring a Parts Sales Advisor to join our busy Aftersales department. This role is vital in supporting our workshop, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts supply and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians efficiently and accurately.
- Ordering parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
- Managing stock levels, deliveries and returns.
- Supporting Service Advisors with pricing and availability.
- Ensuring correct parts are issued to job cards.
- Handling retail and trade counter enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and stock control systems.
- Assisting with warranty parts returns and documentation.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous motor parts experience essential.
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
- Good IT and stock management system skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Reliable, proactive and team-orientated.
- Knowledge of Opel/ Citroen parts is an advantage.
