What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality venue
- Strong mixology skills with a passion for cocktail creation and presentation
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and drinks to specification
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and bar presentation
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and health & safety regulations
- Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and drink promotions
