Care Team Co-Ordinator. Full time - office based in Shannon Industrial Estate.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating care staff rosters to ensure continuity and quality of service delivery.
- Driver with Car Access and full licence.
- Working towards or Full QQI5 Qualification (desirable / not essential)
- Workforce planning with excellent attention to detail to accurate record-keeping and paperwork.
- Working closely with the Care Manager and Care team with a ‘Can do’ approach and ability to manage workload well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality service.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise and respond effectively to changing service and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent administrative experience including data entry, filing, reporting, maintaining staff personnel files, documentation and correspondence in compliance with HSE requirements, HIQA standards, and Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow direction while working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to use initiative, make informed decisions, and provide clear rationale for actions taken. Confidence to seek guidance and support when required while maintaining accountability for own work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible, build positive and respectful written and verbal working relationships with all Colleagues, Service Users and Stakeholders.
- Experience using One Touch rostering software or similar workforce management systems is desirable. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic record management systems.
- Results-driven with a growth mindset and a focus on achieving operational targets and service objectives
- Confidentiality and knowledge of working to data protection - essential.
