Bar Floor Staff @ The Front Door
Spread over two floors and stretching across two streets, we’re located in the heart of the bustling Latin Quarter, Galway’s cultural and social hub, with Shop Street and Quay Street on our doorstep.
We are now recruiting Bar Floor Staff/Glass collectors to join our team here at the Front Door.
The Position
- Gather empty glasses and ensure the designated areas are kept clean.
- Assist bar staff, ensuring the bar is kept well stocked, cleaned and presentable.
- Work together with security staff to ensure all glass breakages and spillages are cleaned in a timely manner to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Bar stocking, cleaning and hygiene, along with the waste disposal.
- Ensuring customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Pre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness.
The Candidate
- 6 months of experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Available to work from 9:00 pm to 4:00 am.
- Approx. 21-26 hours per week
- Be friendly, energetic and reliable.
- Enjoy working as part of a larger team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Be confident when dealing with large volumes of customers while maintaining a professional approach.
- Be passionate in terms of customer service and a love of the hospitality industry.

Pay: From €14.35 per hour
