Meadows and Byrne are looking for an ambitious store manager to join their team on a permanent contract, in their Clonakilty store.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for leading, developing, and training an energetic team to deliver a 5 star experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader, enthusiastic, dynamic and have a proven track record of achieving results. They will be target driven and sales focused with a strong emphasis on customer service and people development. A keen eye for the latest trends is also essential and excellent visual merchandising skills would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities of this job include:
- Providing excellent leadership and guidance in store.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Ensuring the store and team are set up each day to ensure optimal productivity
- Maintain regular communication with head office
- Understanding and analysing P&L reports
- Implementing excellent standards of merchandising
- Delivering store targets
- Any other ad hoc duties
Role requires full availability 5 days over 7.
Salary dependant on experience
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
