We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Management Team and lead all aspects of HR across our Galway site. This standalone role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, shape culture and drive initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Partner with the Management Team on all people-related matters.
Develop and implement the people strategy to support business growth and performance.
Lead the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Coach and support managers on HR matters.
Deliver HR solutions that support business objectives.
Lead employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Own and develop HR processes and HRIS.
Oversee benefits administration and partner with Payroll on employee and compensation data.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Degree and/or CIPD qualification in HR or a related discipline.
Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role.
Manufacturing/SME experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations.
Commercially minded with the confidence to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create and present proposals.
Experience managing HR systems and driving process improvements.
