Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Plan and execute menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared from scratch to maintain our high standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen in line with HACCP regulations
- Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Proven extensive experience as a Head Chef
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking with a creative approach
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
