Sales & Customer Account Responsibilities

Process and manage sales orders from initial enquiry through to completion, using the current account system and new Dynamics 365 system.
Support the Sales Team with day-to-day sales administration, ensuring orders, customer information and follow-ups are accurately recorded and progressed.
Identify and follow up on sales leads, making appointments for the Sales Team and helping to maximise new business opportunities.
Handle customer enquiries and requests via telephone, email and in person, providing a professional and responsive customer experience.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring customers receive timely updates and support.
Assist with managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring customer records, orders and relevant information are kept accurate and up to date.
Liaise closely with customers and internal teams to resolve queries, address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to support additional sales and strengthen existing customer relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
Update and maintain the web-shop and website, ensuring product and customer-facing information is accurate and current.

Sales & Office Support

Arrange and manage courier bookings and order deliveries, ensuring goods reach customers efficiently and on time.
Handle incoming telephone calls, transferring enquiries to the appropriate member of the Sales or wider team.
Meet and greet customers visiting the office, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
Provide cover and support across different roles within the business when required.
Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas around sales processes, customer service and operational improvements.
Complete other ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as required

Pay: €28,300.00-€42,988.39 per year
